This study is a follow-up to Europan 12. With the aim of a “diagnosis of feasibility and development of the project of enhancement, revitalization and revitalization of the village center of Fosses,” it was intended to integrate the ideas of many players (institutional, associational, residential) and clarify the feasibility of the proposals.
Several consultation mechanisms were set up at each project phase, first and foremost the “Village Workshops,” including a walk, followed by a collective discussion around a working model, allowing an exchange between residents, technicians and elected officials. The study process resulted in five “projects to wear”. The first three are within the initial scope and were previously identified during the competition. The last two, outside the initial scope were based on proposals from residents and associations (regarding a pedestrian loop and mobility) or followed interviews with Ysieux institutions (regarding marshes and banks). They were the subject of quantification and a study of available subsidies seen from a pre-operational perspective.
